Qualifications

• Four years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician with landscaping, irrigation, and pools.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must have Nevada Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, landscaping and irrigation systems. Supervise groundskeeper, assist with grounds keeping duties.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems and related equipment.
• Maintain pool, spa, fountains and related equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine diagnostics on physical and mechanical systems within building.
• HVAC - replace filters on a quarterly basis, monitor operation of systems.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs. Replace water filters as needed.
• Perform minor electrical equipment repair; replace light bulbs, ballasts, light switches, and outlets as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned, if deemed necessary, by the Company.
