Job summary

Charlotte County is seeking a Maintenance Worker to keep parks, buildings, and community spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll tackle hands-on tasks from facility cleaning and painting to basic repairs and grounds upkeep, using tools like pressure washers and floor-cleaning machines.

Work independently within assigned areas, report safety concerns, maintain equipment, and provide helpful customer service to staff and the public. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience in a maintenance/related field.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities
