Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance and lawn care preferred.
• Valid WI driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Daily and long-term facility maintenance and grounds work at multiple sites.
• Perform basic plumbing, lighting, painting, and cleaning tasks.
• Coordinate with Facilities Director and independent contractors as needed.
• Travel between sites and ensure compliance with regulations.
