Job summary

You will respond to work orders, perform grounds maintenance including lawn care, snow removal, and facility upkeep, and assist with turnover cleaning and pest control coordination.

You will work with a small team, promote safety, and have opportunities to support multiple properties while contributing to reliable, well-maintained homes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping and building turnover cleaning.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Grounds: lawn care, snow removal, and general grounds upkeep across properties.
• Building Assistant: turnover cleaning, pest control coordination, and light maintenance tasks.
• Misc Duties: cleaning, vehicle/equipment upkeep, safety compliance, and supporting property teams.
