Job summary

WellLife Network in Medford, NY is seeking a facilities maintenance team member to keep our sites clean, safe, and well‑maintained. The role covers cleaning, landscaping, and basic repairs to ensure a healthy environment for youth and families served.

You will follow safety guidelines, read and understand English, and participate in annual classes. Compensation is hourly based on experience, with robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma, or experience in general maintenance work.
• A valid NYS Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Maintain landscaping and lawns using lawn mower and hedge trimmer.
• Notify management of deficiencies.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Attend annual certificate and non-certificate classes.
• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Work schedules and location may change.
• Other duties as requested.
