Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related maintenance experience, with preferred proficiency across multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalency Diploma) and two years of maintenance experience.
• Two years’ experience as a Facilities Maintenance Worker preferred.
• Experience in at least one of the following fields: plumbing, carpentry, painting, electronics, electrical work, or related maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receives work orders, itemizes work to be done and completes assigned tasks.
• Make repairs to buildings and other equipment.
• Performs ground maintenance such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns, bushes, and planting trees.
• Collect and remove trash from the grounds.
