Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED or equivalent required.
• Driver's license required.
• Boiler Operator license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs building inspections, replaces parts, and oversees heating, plumbing, grounds, and snow removal to keep a safe facility.
• Performs basic carpentry and maintenance including painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
• Maintains and repairs machines, equipment, beds, chairs, and other fixtures on a scheduled basis.
• Monitors and services equipment for steam or chilled water to air handling systems and sterilizers.
• Maintains PM schedules, logs, and records; ensures orderly work areas.
