Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus distribution center in Seymour, IN is seeking a Facilities Assistant to complete facility cleaning, work orders, supplies, and grounds maintenance in support of distribution of all of our pet-friendly merchandise within our store supply chain. The role requires 3-5 years in facilities/maintenance, plus an Associates degree or vocational training.

You will prioritize tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and assist in minor repairs while maintaining a safe, tour-ready facility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in facilities/maintenance.
• Associates Degree or Vocational Training required.
• Ability to prioritize actions and projects.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned work areas, restrooms, offices and break areas to established standards.
• Complete work order forms according to procedures.
• Maintain grounds and landscape, monitor the dog park cleanliness.
• Safely operate floor scrubber and scissor lift for high dusting tasks.
• Assist with minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
