Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing during routine tasks in resident areas.
• Assist with repairs, preventive maintenance, refurbishing, and moving furniture/equipment.
• Maintain facility grounds and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
• Assist with safety inspections, tests and drills as requested.
• Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes for better results.
