Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Grounds & Facilities Technician for four water parks in the El Paso area. The role involves routine landscaping, irrigation, pool cleaning, and general maintenance to keep facilities safe, clean, and presentable.

Responsibilities include mowing and trimming, operating grounds equipment, basic irrigation work, and assisting with facility improvements and event setups. A valid driver’s license is required and occasional travel between park locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in grounds, landscaping, irrigation, facilities or related maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel between park locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site landscaping including lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers and irrigation systems.
• Mow, edge, trim, prune, weed and mulch as needed.
• Operate and maintain lawn and ground care equipment and tools.
• Perform basic irrigation audits and minor repairs; adjust watering for efficiency.
• Keep outdoor areas free of trash and debris; perform pool cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Assist with facility upkeep, repairs and event setup as required.
• Observe safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Work flexible hours and independently with minimal supervision.
