Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Grounds & Facilities Technician to maintain landscaping, irrigation, pool cleaning, and general facility upkeep across four water parks. The role includes operating mowers, trimmers, and pressure washers; performing minor repairs; and assisting with seasonal openings and event infrastructure.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, following safety procedures, and traveling between park locations as needed. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required or preferred.
• Experience in grounds/landscaping/irrigation is preferred.
• Ability to operate common grounds equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site landscaping and irrigation systems.
• Operate lawn equipment and perform routine grounds tasks.
• Pool cleaning and general facility upkeep and repairs.
• Inspect equipment and report safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with seasonal openings/closings and projects.
