Qualifications

• Ability to operate light equipment and hand/power tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance: cleaning city facilities, light maintenance, interior/exterior painting.
• Perform grounds maintenance: mowing, fertilisers, landscaping.
• Perform road maintenance: patching, crack sealing, paving, debris removal.
• Perform traffic control: barricades, directing traffic, portable signs.
