Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier seeks a qualified Facilities & Grounds Program Manager to provide on-site program management and facilities maintenance oversight supporting the BIA, Winnebago Agency. The role leads management of multiple government facilities and coordinates with vendors to ensure reliable operations.

Salary range $80,000–$90,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 12 equivalent experience required.
U.S. citizen capable of passing a Bureau of Indian Affairs background check.
Experience in vendor management and government facilities preferred.
Ability to build positive relationships with government personnel.

Responsibilities

Facilities Management: oversee maintenance activities, document maintenance, coordinate operations, monitor conditions, manage work orders and inventory, coordinate vendors.
Program Management: develop annual maintenance plans, allocate resources, manage equipment lifecycle, ensure contract compliance, report status to government.
Grounds Oversight: supervise lawn care, snow removal, and seasonal grounds maintenance.
Work Environment: manage multiple government facilities on a compact campus.
