Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier seeks a qualified Facilities & Grounds Program Manager to provide on-site program management and facilities maintenance oversight supporting the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Winnebago Agency.

The successful candidate will serve as the Government's on-site facilities management lead responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and overseeing maintenance activities supporting the Omaha Tribal Detention Facility and eleven additional Government-owned structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12 equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizen with ability to pass a federal background investigation.
• Experienced in vendor management and customer-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility and grounds maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate daily maintenance operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and respond to emergencies.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and allocate resources based on priorities.
• Manage equipment lifecycle and ensure contract compliance; provide status reports.
