Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in facilities, custodial, groundskeeping, or maintenance operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, facilities, and grounds for safety and appearance concerns.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs and installing signage.
• Assist with event setup, vendor coordination, and inventory organization.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to employees and visitors.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
