Lone Rock Retreat in Bailey, Colorado seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of property upkeep for a 2,400-acre retreat, including cabins, a wellness facility, a lodge, a learning center, and the grounds. You will lead a small team, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership and practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs, plus the ability to work with vendors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and repairs.
• Experience with wellness facilities such as hot tubs or pools is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and safety for a 2,400-acre retreat including facilities.
• Manage a team of maintenance and grounds attendants.
• Implement safety, energy, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with vendors.
• Respond to guest and staff inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with special projects and event setups.
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report findings.
