Job summary

The Navigators is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Colorado Springs, CO, responsible for maintenance, repairs, and general construction at Glen Eyrie and Eagle Lake properties. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

This position offers a salary range of $16.00 – $21.00 an hour, with benefits including health insurance and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in maintenance and/or construction.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain focus in a stressful/noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repairs, remodels, and general construction.
• Support facilities operations including building and grounds maintenance.
• Serve on the Facilities-on-Duty rotation.
