Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Landscape Technician to maintain grass, trees, shrubs, and ground cover across bank locations. Role includes winter tasks such as light building maintenance and carpentry; supports work orders and coordinates with the Landscape Manager.

The position requires at least 1 year of landscape maintenance experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The schedule is 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, with potential overtime. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience required, including zero-turn mower operation
• Ability to travel using a company sanctioned vehicle
• Ability to plan & prioritize daily responsibilities with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills along with proven positive customer service experience
• Intermediate or higher-level expertise using iPad, smart phones, computer/laptops, & MS Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without any accommodation or assistance and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions at varying heights (ladders, roof top, etc.) as required

Responsibilities

• Work with the landscaping team in daily tasks; assist as needed for absences and coordinate deliveries
• Follow proper training and best practices in equipment use and grounds keeping at multiple facilities
• Perform grounds keeping including mowing, planting, trimming, and cleanup; support snow removal when needed
• Perform minor repairs on landscaping equipment and ensure tools and vehicles are maintained
• Close out work orders via iPad or Computerized Maintenance Management System and respond to requests
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers and provide excellent service
