Job summary

Proctor Dealerships is seeking a maintenance technician to perform grounds and building upkeep under the direction of Owner Management. You will coordinate outside vendor repairs and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.

The role requires 4–10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training, plus a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV report. A strong emphasis on safety and PPE is essential.

Qualifications

• Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver`s license and a clean DMV Report.
• Ability to perform essential duties safely with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance/improvement functions for the grounds and buildings as directed by Owner Management.
• Coordinates outside vendor repair services as requested.
• Care of dealership owned tools, equipment and maintenance vehicle.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Removes debris generated by maintenance as necessary.
• Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using protective products.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Reports safety issues immediately to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
