Job summary

Office of the Adjutant General - Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Bismarck, ND, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and grounds. This role is a hands-on supervisory position reporting to the Physical Plant Director, with duties spanning grounds care, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and general facilities management.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Five years of semiskilled or skilled building, mechanical, groundskeeping, maintenance and/or construction work with supervisory/lead experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and may require weekend or additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and grounds at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF).
• Perform ground maintenance: mowing, trimming, weed control, landscaping; carpentry, plumbing, flooring, painting, HVAC and electrical repairs.
