Belstra Milling Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility and Groundskeeping Technician. The role involves servicing and maintaining clean, safe, and functional facilities across multiple sites, including feed mills, offices, maintenance shops, and distribution facilities.

This position performs light maintenance, grounds upkeep, and facility support tasks to ensure a professional appearance and safe working environment for employees.

Formación

• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and stay clean shaven.

Responsabilidades

• Service and maintain light fixtures, doors, and building fixtures.
• Perform basic cleaning, painting, and upkeep projects.
• Maintain HVAC systems, air filters, and dust collection across sites.
• Perform general plumbing and light construction duties.
• Fabricate handrails, guardrails, and safety barriers.
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas clean and safe, including snow removal.
• Operate housekeeping tools and equipment safely per procedures.
