Qualifications

• 6 months of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask throughout the day required.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, on steep inclines, and move on and off ladders required.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled trades by holding objects, supplying tools and materials, and positioning them.
• Install fastening hardware such as nuts, bolts and washers.
• Operate basic hand tools to perform simple tasks.
• Clean up after tasks and sweep workspace.
