Job summary

Global Outreach International in Tupelo, MS is seeking a Facilities Specialist to perform maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or general building support.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Complete physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying, moving, and organizing materials.
• Perform landscaping and outdoor maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, planting, debris removal).
• Operate basic tools and equipment (hand tools, mowers, trimmers, blowers, pressure washer).
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, parking lots, walkways, and common spaces.
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including furniture moves and basic AV support.
