Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a housekeeping associate in Havre de Grace, MD to keep building areas clean and safe. You will sweep, mop, dust, and inspect public spaces, laundry areas, and entryways, and report any issues to supervision.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ladder access up to 20 feet, and reliable transportation for on-site site tasks. English communication is essential; schedule includes mandatory meetings and property-related duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Delivery of appliances to units due to transfers, removals, and/or replacements.
• Able to climb ladders to a height of 20 feet.
• Cut grass, trimming and other landscaping duties using power equipment.
• Attend mandatory meetings and seminars.
• Must have access to reliable vehicle transportation for errands from property.

Responsibilities

• Sweep all public areas, stairways, halls, laundry rooms, entrances and trash rooms.
• Sweep and/or mop the public areas of all buildings.
• Dust and clean washers and dryers in laundry areas.
• Remove empty soap boxes and other trash.
• Dust light fixtures, mailboxes, walls, and trash room areas.
• Report missing bulbs, damage or vandalism in writing to supervisor.
