Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness of building halls, basements, stairways, laundry areas, and trash rooms at our properties. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and reporting safety concerns to the Site Manager.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform landscaping tasks when needed. A reliable vehicle for property errands is required, and applicants should be prepared to attend

Qualifications

• Duties include cleaning halls, basements, stairways, trash rooms and other public areas.
• Sweep and mop public areas, dust washers and dryers in laundry areas.
• Report missing light bulbs, damage or vandalism in writing to supervisor.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and operate maintenance equipment.
• Must have access to reliable vehicle transportation for errands from property.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of all building common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain laundry areas and trash rooms.
• Inspect and report maintenance needs and safety issues in writing.
