Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. (TMAM) is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness in all building public areas at our Oberlin properties. The role requires sweeping, dusting, and light maintenance tasks to ensure safe, tidy surroundings for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 pounds, ladder work up to 20 feet, and reporting any maintenance needs to the Site Manager. Reliable vehicle transportation for errands is also required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders to a height of 20 feet.
• Must have reliable vehicle transportation for errands.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop public areas including halls, stairways, laundry rooms, and trash rooms.
• Dust light fixtures and walls, clean mailboxes and public surfaces.
• Report missing light bulbs or building damage in writing to supervisor.
• Turn over units as needed and assist with furniture removal during transfers.
• Attend mandatory meetings and seminars.
• Perform lawn/landscaping duties as required.
