Job summary

PRWT Services is seeking a maintenance associate responsible for general upkeep, cleaning, and grounds maintenance at a greensville Virginia site. Under the Site Supervisor, you will ensure clean restrooms, foyers, and common areas while supporting safety and a positive work environment.

Role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, willingness to work overtime including weekends and holidays, and ability to lift 50–60 lbs. Prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Be willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50–60 lbs.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general upkeep and cleaning of buildings as directed by Site Supervisor.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
• Promote a respectful, safe work environment for staff and visitors.
• Maintain restrooms, foyer, reception and general areas in a clean state.
• Maintain grounds, perform snow/ice removal, and manage litter.
• Report any necessary repairs to the Site Supervisor.
• Replace light bulbs and assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
