Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking a General Services / Business Operations professional for onsite support in Lakeland, FL. The role covers facility operations, inventory, vehicles, warehouse activities, site inspections, and disaster preparedness across Central Florida.

This is a contract position with hourly pay in the range of $15.00–$17.00. Responsibilities include managing PPE and inventory, maintaining state and emergency response vehicles, supporting office moves, handling keys and access

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass Level 2 background screening and MVR check.
• 1+ year of supply/warehouse management experience.
• 6+ months of fleet, safety/OSHA, facility inspection, and IT equipment experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely move office equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Central Florida and GPS.

Responsibilities

• Manage PPE, DSNAP inventory, supplies, warehouse, and surplus equipment.
• Maintain state vehicles, emergency response vehicles, and required logs.
• Support office moves, furniture/equipment relocation, and facility setup.
• Manage keys and keycard access systems.
• Conduct facility site inspections and address safety issues.
• Assist IT with equipment moves and hurricane/disaster preparedness.
