Witco Inc. seeks a Facilities/Fleet Manager to oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and the vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency, and cost containment.

The nonprofit organization serves people with disabilities across southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon. Responsibilities include coordinating vendor work, supervising maintenance staff, managing facilities budgets, maintaining fleet records, enforcing safety standards, monitoring fuel and costs, and coordinating deliveries

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with vehicle fleet management and maintenance.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience operating or ability to learn to operate a forklift.
• Experience operating larger passenger vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate with third party vendors for buildings and grounds work; inspect facilities for safety and accessibility compliance; schedule facilities tasks; supervise maintenance staff; maintain inventory of supplies; enforce safety, emergency, and security protocols; monitor facilities budgets.
• Fleet Maintenance: Maintain vehicle fleet records and required maintenance; coordinate repairs; develop and enforce fleet policies and safety standards; monitor driver performance data; monitor fuel usage and costs; plan deliveries with work services manager; train employees on safe vehicle operation.
• Other: Provide transportation services for product delivery/pick-up and people served; prepare reports for Director of Commercial Operations; perform other duties as assigned by Director Commercial Operations.

Witco is currently seeking a Facilities/Fleet Manager to Manage the maintenance of company buildings, grounds, and vehicle fleet, ensuring company expectations related to safety, compliance, efficiency, and cost containment are met.

Essential Job Functions

Facilities Maintenance

• Coordinate with third party vendors for buildings and grounds work at all Witco facilities, ensuring work is performed to meet company quality of work standards.
• Regularly inspect buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and environmental codes.
• Schedule and coordinate required facilities related tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• Supervise maintenance staff tasked with general maintenance activities.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance/janitorial supplies.
• Enforce workplace safety, emergency, and security protocols.
• Monitor facilities related budgets and identify any opportunities to reduce costs.

Fleet Maintenance

• Maintain vehicle fleet by ensuring proper record keeping, reporting, and required maintenance is completed to company standards.
• Coordinate any required repairs for vehicle fleet.
• Develop, implement, and enforce fleet policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor and report on collected driver performance data as required.
• Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and other fleet performance metrics.
• Plan and schedule necessary pick-up and delivery requirements in coordination with the work services manager.
• Train approved company employees on safe and efficient vehicle operation.

Other

• Provide transportation services for product delivery/pick-up and people served assuring safety and compliance.
• Prepare and submit reports as directed by the Director of Commercial Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director Commercial Operations.
