Job summary

Netsync Network Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations of our office and warehouse facilities in Dallas, Texas.

You will work closely with the Corporate Facilities Manager and serve as the primary contact for maintenance, vendor coordination, fleet administration, and building projects. The role covers facility operations, safety compliance, and office support, including coordinating vendors and performing light repairs to keep the

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience coordinating maintenance vendors and service providers.
• Ability to identify facility issues and determine corrective actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily facility walkthroughs and inspections.
• Monitor HVAC systems and assist with temperature management.
• Inspect lighting and replace bulbs as needed.
• Coordinate and oversee facility repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate third-party vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other services.
• Assist in developing and documenting facility procedures and best practices.
• Support facility budgeting through cost-conscious purchasing and vendor management.
