Qualifications

• MBA preferred and BS in Accounting/Finance.
• 10+ years accounting experience with healthcare construction emphasis.
• GAAP expertise in construction cost accounting and capital budgeting.
• Proficient in SAP, PMWeb, Excel, and financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, managerial, and staff-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage FD+C operating budgets for JHHS and affiliates.
• Lead financial analyses, reporting, and forecasting for projects.
• Train and mentor finance staff; coordinate with project accounting.
• Ensure SAP-based project tracking and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee invoicing, cost analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.
