Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in de-escalation roles or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a driving record check.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration; ability to motivate colleagues and volunteers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• 1 year Customer Service experience.
• 1 year Cleaning and Maintenance Experience.
• Six months experience with commercial cleaning equipment.
• 1 year experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• 1 year experience working in a multi-functional facility.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome and interact with facility users, provide directions, and answer questions.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities and grounds; restock supplies as needed.
• Maintenance: Perform basic repairs and seasonal upkeep; operate maintenance equipment.
• Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment; assist with incidents and emergencies.
• Event Set-up: Set up rooms, equipment, and outdoor event gear; support AV systems.
• Experience And Skills: Work effectively in a team and independently; prioritize tasks and think critically.
