Job summary

Central Christian Church seeks a Facilities Support Staff member to assist with event setup, general maintenance, and housekeeping in support of church ministries. Under administrative direction, you will help with event functions, ensure rooms are cared for, and maintain cleanliness of common areas and facilities, including restrooms, chapel, gym, and classrooms.

This on-site role involves coordinating with the Lead, monitoring building access, and supporting daily operations to keep the campus

Responsibilities

• Oversee event setup and teardown during weekday operations.
• Control building access by unlocking/locking doors per schedule.
• Monitor maintenance line and respond to requests as needed.
• Monitor heat and air units to ensure temperatures meet set points.
• Notify first shift lead of staffing needs due to event load changes.
• Notify first shift lead of no-shows, unscheduled events, or safety concerns.
