Job summary

WESTPAK is seeking a Maintenance Facilities Technician to support site by performing building maintenance, equipment maintenance and repairs. The role ensures facilities and equipment are operational, clean, safe, and regularly reviewed per WESTPAK’s Quality Management System.

This is a Temporary Contract Assignment (6 Months) with a pay range of $35 - $40 per hour, plus KPI bonus incentive and Employee Stock Ownership participation, and a robust benefits package including ESOP, 401k match,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates or trade cert preferred.
• 2–4 years in facilities maintenance or repair.
• HVAC, controls, plumbing, or carpentry experience.
• Able to troubleshoot machinery/building issues.
• Experience with facilities ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log and close service tickets; troubleshoot and repair basic equipment.
• Perform general preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Carry out basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Support scheduled and unscheduled work requests and projects.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and adhere to 5S and policies.
• Coordinate with contractors to meet standards and internal expectations.
• Communicate timely status updates to ticket owners.
• Assist with general administration and office cleaning.
