Sioux Manufacturing Corporation in Fort Totten, ND, is seeking an Assistant Facilities and Equipment Manager. This role supports facility and equipment maintenance, develops leadership skills, and works cross-functionally to improve reliability and safety.

You will perform hands-on maintenance, coordinate preventive tasks, document records, and mentor junior staff while preparing for future advancement into the Facility and Equipment Manager role.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or facilities maintenance.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot production and facility issues across mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems.
• Repair equipment and source parts using manuals and catalogs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment reliability.
• Coach and mentor junior technicians; support safety and SOP compliance.
• Monitor equipment and ensure timely communication with teams.
