Qualifications

Experience with routine maintenance on facility and animal care equipment.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and modifications of mechanical, electrical, air and vacuum equipment.
Ability to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
Scraping, caulking and painting building interiors and exteriors.
Ability to select tools and decide on methods and techniques to use.
Willingness to work under supervision of a lead or journey-level employee.
