Job summary

Army Residence Community seeks a skilled Facility Equipment Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, and support custodial and laundry equipment across the facility. You will also handle lighting, HVAC filter changes, drains, and general handyman tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior maintenance experience. The role may involve indoor/outdoor work and occasional weekend shifts to support community events.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment repair and maintenance is required.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and support custodial and laundry equipment throughout the facility.
• Maintain lighting, air conditioning filters, drains, and perform general handyman tasks.
• Replace light bulbs in activity rooms, chapel, beauty shop, etc.
• Move furniture for social events and cleaning.
