Job summary

Good Samaritan Society – Albert Lea is seeking a capable administrator to supervise multiple ancillary service areas and lead cross-functional teams in a 85-bed long-term care facility in southern Minnesota.

You will implement programs, ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines, and foster staff development while maintaining safety and quality standards in a not-for-profit Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school preferred.
• Two years’ experience in related ancillary work is preferred.
• Previous leadership/management experience helpful.
• Maintains any certifications and/or licensure as required by profession.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned ancillary service areas (e.g., safety, environmental services, laundry, maintenance, infection control, emergency preparedness).
• Leads and collaborates with health system departments, staff, patients/residents and families.
• Plans and coordinates programs to meet federal/state/local standards and safety requirements.
• Mentors staff, develops education and SOPs, chairs committees as needed, and ensures regulatory compliance.
