Job summary

Lupin seeks a Facilities Engineering Technician to operate, monitor, and repair critical facility utility systems that support manufacturing, laboratory, office, and building operations. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on utilities, assist with safety and regulatory compliance, and work with engineers, contractors, and site staff to ensure reliable performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
Associate's degree or technical certification in Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical or Electrical Technology, HVAC, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance of facility buildings and critical systems (BAS, HVAC, Chillers, dust collection, compressed air, nitrogen, vacuum, purified water).
Conduct routine inspections, equipment rounds, and system performance checks.
Respond to alarms, system abnormalities, and utility outages.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility equipment.
Maintain CMMS records and complete work orders; support shutdowns, startups, commissioning, and planned maintenance.
Assist with contractor oversight and coordination of utility-related services.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and SOP regulations.
