The role assists with planning, staffing, budgeting, preventive maintenance, project coordination, vendor management, and compliance activities to ensure a safe, efficient physical environment.

• Lead/coordinate daily operations for facilities, utilities, equipment and building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) to ensure reliability and safety.
• Support planning, staffing, budgeting, preventive maintenance, project coordination, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
