Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks an Engineering Manager for The Rim Golf Club in Payson, AZ. You will lead engineering and housekeeping staff, oversee all building systems, and drive energy conservation programs while ensuring guest experience remains premier.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, budgeting, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement of maintenance practices. This role reports to the General Manager and requires flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 1–2 years of engineering management/supervisor experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing facilities maintenance.
• Flexibility with schedule, with evenings and weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, scheduling, and disciplining department staff.
• Oversee maintenance of building systems and equipment; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Prepare technical data, bidding, project work, alterations, and repairs for properties.
• Conduct walk-throughs and assess safe, efficient operation of facilities and related systems.
• Communicate facility condition and cost-effective proposals to General Manager and heads of department.
