Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department across all shifts. This role emphasizes professional, guest-focused service aligned with K.E.E.P. values and brand standards.

You will supervise shift personnel, oversee plant operations, and ensure safety, preventive maintenance, and logs are maintained. The position reports to Facilities leadership and supports emergency response.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Observe and direct actions of subordinates.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift personnel and handle hiring/discipline.
• Maintain plant operations and safety.
• Perform building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Maintain logs and shift documentation.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate status to leaders.
• Cover the Maintenance Department in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
