Job summary

Brunswick's Mercury Marine - Fond du Lac, WI, seeks a Facilities Engineering Intern to support HVAC and electrical infrastructure, energy management programs, and building system improvements. You will assist with project planning, data analysis, and coordination with contractors in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a related engineering degree, exhibit strong analytical and communication skills, and can commit to full-time hours May–December 2027 in Fond du Lac.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or facilities field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work full-time May–Dec 2027.
• Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 credits completed.

Responsibilities

• Support HVAC improvement projects including assessments and upgrades.
• Assist electrical infrastructure projects and lighting upgrades.
• Collect and analyze utility and energy metrics for reporting.
• Help plan and document facility capital projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams.
