Job summary

Chevron Corporation invites interested students to join a Process Engineering internship in Houston. You will be assigned a mentor and project work aimed at supporting operating facilities through application of chemical engineering knowledge and project management.

You will help optimize facilities for value, safety, and reliability, provide technical support for turnarounds, and deploy technologies to reduce carbon and improve efficiency using data analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering.
• Strong academic performance and communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate the Chevron Way.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering mentorship and project work to support operating facilities.
• Optimize facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably.
• Provide technical engineering support for turnarounds and projects.
