Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Facilities (FCM) Engineer in Florence, KY to oversee contractor performance for maintenance, repair, and construction with focus on equipment, systems, and safety. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.

You will review PM procedures, logs, and downtime, perform root-cause analysis, and help plan projects. Requires a BS in engineering and 2+ years supervising trades; SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, engineering technology, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience supervising skilled trades in industrial/facility maintenance/construction.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management software (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review work completion data and contractor recommendations for PM procedures.
• Review equipment logs to identify trends and reduce downtime.
• Analyze production downtime and perform root cause analysis.
• Review FCM KPIs and enforce schedule compliance and cost controls.
• Coordinate with contractors and plan weekly planning meetings.
• Assist engineering in project planning and scope development.
• Perform safety audits and 5S in contractor work areas.
