Job summary

BILA Solar is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support facility infrastructure, manufacturing equipment, and related systems. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve facility reliability while coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.

The role requires developing preventive maintenance programs, leading technical efforts, and driving continuous improvements in a highly automated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment, including installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility and equipment issues involving HVAC, electrical distribution, utilities, and controls.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to maximize reliability and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance technicians on troubleshooting and safe practices.
• Plan, coordinate, and communicate preventive maintenance and shutdowns to minimize disruption.
