Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold River Place Club’s facilities, including the building, mechanical and electrical systems, and related equipment. The role emphasizes energy conservation, preventive maintenance, and safe operation across locations.

You will conduct inspections, perform repairs, and support other departments with energy-efficient practices while maintaining guest-focused service and maintaining clean, well-kept spaces.

Qualifications

• Performs maintenance and repairs of the physical facility and equipment.
• Maintains safe operation of electrical, HVAC and related systems.
• Follows energy management and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Performs repairs and renovations to meet quality standards.
