Space Needle is seeking a full-time facilities technician to perform maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems inside the facility. The role requires diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and coordinating with contractors to minimize downtime.

The position involves reading blueprints, using power tools, adhering to safety procedures, and supporting custodians on projects. Ability to work at height and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical.
• Basic knowledge of painting and carpentry.
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Windows/Word.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist all departments in repairs of facilities to maintain day to day operation.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program on facility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems and correct them.
• Oversee scheduling of repair jobs and coordination with contractors.
• Support custodians and assist with special projects as needed.
