Job summary

Providence is seeking an Engineer to perform specialized calibration, testing, balancing and maintenance across facilities. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and support security coverage as needed, reporting to the Lead Hospital Engineer and department Manager.

This role includes on-the-job training, with periodic background checks every two years, and opportunities for shift incentives or overtime. HVAC experience is preferred to ensure efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training with self-study in Engineering Qualification Program.
• Background check and Motor Vehicle Report will be completed every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized calibration, testing, balancing and maintenance of machinery, equipment and systems throughout the facilities.
• Complete work generated from maintenance work orders.
• Provide security coverage, as requested.
• The Engineer reports to the Lead Hospital Engineer and department Manager.
