This contract role will manage mid-level facilities projects, coordinate subcontractors, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with about 4 years of experience, experience in manufacturing, and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Engineer for facilities and construction projects.
• Develop project requirements and write purchase requisitions.
• Manage subcontracted construction across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and approve payments.
• Support facility services including maintenance and repairs.
• Develop relationships with internal customers to resolve technical problems.
• Support safety and environmental objectives and audits.
• Ensure expenses are charged to correct cost centers.
• Help develop schedules and budgets for projects.
• Assist with annual facilities budget preparation.
• Review project documentation (bids, SOWs, authorizations).
• Coordinate activities through all project lifecycle phases.
• Submit purchase orders using Oracle-based software.
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety culture.
